Hello! I’m Jessica Mariko, a visionary creative leader and award-winning producer with over two decades of experience in crafting large-scale themed entertainment projects and immersive experiences. I thrive on innovation, collaboration, and transforming creative ideas into unforgettable guest experiences.
I’m honored to have led groundbreaking projects such as DreamWorks Land at Universal Studios Florida, where I oversaw the entire creative journey, ensuring every detail—from interactive experiences to scenic design—brought the story to life. My work with Universal Creative also included spearheading innovative solutions, like revamping vendor systems to save thousands of hours and streamlining processes, empowering teams to focus the things that are important to the guests.
Beyond Universal, I’ve been the driving force behind projects like The Haunted Road, a nationally recognized pandemic-friendly attraction, and Sesame Street Land at SeaWorld Orlando, winner of USA Today’s “Best Amusement Park Attraction.” My ventures extend into immersive hospitality, live entertainment, and experiential design, showcasing my ability to lead projects from concept to execution while ensuring both creative and operational excellence.
As the founder of several unique attractions, including DRIP and Fresh, I’ve built immersive worlds that engage all the senses, blending storytelling, art, and design. My work spans everything from intimate themed spaces to globally renowned productions, always with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences.
With expertise in creative direction, project management, and team mentorship, I’m passionate about collaborating with visionary teams to bring bold ideas to life.
