Hello! I’m Jessica Mariko, a visionary creative leader and award-winning producer with over two decades of experience crafting large-scale themed entertainment projects and immersive experiences. I thrive on innovation, collaboration, and turning creative ideas into unforgettable guest experiences.
I’ve had the honor of leading the DreamWorks Land at Universal Studios Florida, where I oversaw the creative journey, ensuring every detail, from interactive experiences to scenic design, brought the story to life. My work with Universal Creative also involved spearheading innovative solutions, such as revamping vendor systems to save thousands of hours and streamlining processes, enabling teams to focus on what matters most: the guest experience.
Beyond Universal, I spearheaded The Haunted Road, a drive-thru pandemic-friendly attraction, and the Sesame Street Land at SeaWorld Orlando, winner of USA Today’s “Best Amusement Park Attraction.” My work extends into immersive hospitality, live entertainment, and experiential design, leading projects from concept to execution.
As the founder of unique attractions like DRIP and Fresh, I’ve created immersive worlds that engage all the senses, blending storytelling, performance, art, design, merchandising, and culinary. My work spans intimate themed spaces to globally renowned productions, always focusing on creating memorable guest experiences.
With expertise in strategy, creative direction, project management, and team mentorship, I’m passionate about collaborating with visionary teams to bring bold ideas to life.
